How does your layaway plan work?
Due to the rarity and very Limited Edition of the items we carry please read very carefully.
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in three to six equal payments: 30% when you place your order including shipping cost and with the balance split each month for the next three to six months. The items are shipped when paid in full.
1.Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $250.00 in total. ($30.00 or more each payment).
3. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
4. If you choose to make payments by check or money order it is your responsibility as a consumer to insure the payments are mailed in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders.

5. Lowers Dolls reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received or when credit card payment is not approved for any 60 day period.
If you are more than 60 days late with a layaway payment without prior arrangement with Lowers Dolls, we will consider the transaction null & void and return the item to stock. You would forfeit any money already paid on the layaway.

The 30% layaway deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
NON TRANSFERABLE there is a 30% Cancellation fee on Layaways and Restocking Fee!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to insure all accessories are included and the item has no damage.
We will issue a store credit if item is damaged upon shipment you have 7 days to return the item for a store credit you MUST contact Lowers Dolls by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number to be written on the outside of the box - return shipping is paid by the consumer.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: We will only send the (Item) off for repair if something is found wrong. YOU Have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any damage! Damaged merchandise can be returned for the same item only if that item is available, AGAIN Dolls and Collectibles are VERY Limited Editions and Many times they can NOT be replaced. The author (product) boxes must be returned in the original condition.
We cannot accept returns or make exchanges for damaged boxes.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items (within 7 days) that are not defective with money paid going toward a store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We ONLY give store credit towards another item!
Shipping cost paid by the buyer on any returns! We do not refund money!
You can only exchange one item per order meaning you can NOT repeatedly exchange an item every 7 days for a new one.
SPECIAL ORDERS:Money is paid up front before your order is placed it may two weeks before your order arrives I will keep you informed of the status of your order. You only have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to cancel if for any reason you decide to cancel the order after the 24 hours there is a 25% cancellation fee. Remember this is a special order with a lot of time involved not to mention the rarity of the item.
